It's often a perturbing a question. After careful study, the results of why people cheat or have affairs are not as surprising as one may think.
It's hard enough for the individuals to admit that they have cheated, and is also somewhat embarrassing to some that your partner would seek sexual intimacy with another person outside the relationship. The reasons for both genders had similarities but were also quite different, we will go over a few!
Why Do Women Cheat?!
There main reason was that women felt if they lacked attention from there partners it caused them to seek attention elsewhere, so much so that it would lead into sexual activities with the third party that the female might not have anticipated. it would turn out like that from the harmless flirting in the beginning. From the study, we also noticed that the women were complaining about the men becoming complacent within the relationship. Saying it was more exciting in the beginning as men would do more to get into a relationship with them, but not bother as much once there in a relationship, the question will are women asking for too much?! The second reason was women just wanting sex with different people while having the security of a boyfriend/husband! Even if the sex was good, and they were getting everything they wanted from their partners, they would still seek sex from other people. We haven't come for a solution for this yet as the obvious solution would be just to have sex with different people without being in a relationship. But the majority of this category women still wanted to be in a relationship, while having sex with other people.
Why do men Cheat?!
Women requested to see the results of this topic before we had collected all the data. Why do men cheat?! Men seem not to be able to control their sex drive as well as women, men would often lead astray after attention from other women. The term men are 'weak' was applied by a lot of women to this country. The reply from men is that women are used to getting attention, and men are not used to it, so they tend to melt under the pressure of sexual attention from other women.
More men would openly admit to cheating quicker then the females who helped with the market research. Do not feel honoured yet men, as we live in a world where men are hailed for how many women they sleep with, and women are chastised if they sleep with a lot of men. The phrase some guys said to this topic was 'if a key can open a lock it's a master lock, if the lock can be open by many keys. It's a bad key.'
